to Burning Man using same schedule as this year due to length of permitting
process through the sheriff so next meeting will be critical for decom planning
if we go forward as in the past

Extended discussion over motion and counter-motion on board
election process. Determined as moved.

 

Specific requirements for the board in the nomination and
election process:

Existing board will gather nominations and meet
to determine which to present to the community

Existing board will present nominated people
through all vehicles of communications, Tribe, Yahoo, etc.

The board will meet as needed at Bringles House
of Dyeing Flags and on Tribe until elections complete

Elections will be opened on the SDBM Yahoo group
(because of existing voting mechanism) for two weeks prior to meeting on
January 12 (starting December 28) to allow for additional in-person vote and
discussions
