Conflict of Interest Disclosure

To whom it may concern,

In accordance with the spirit of transparency and in an effort to prevent any real or perceived conflict of interest, I hereby disclose the potential for a conflict of interest, and my conflict remediation plan.

I am on the board of The Greater Golden Hill CDC and the San Diego City Parks II Committee. I do not foresee any conflict of interest due to my participation in these groups, however if one should arise I will notify the board, I will not influence the other board members, and I will recuse myself as appropriate.

I understand that this possible conflict and remediation plan must be approved by board consensus annually.
